Southside Care is a leading non-profit organisation in Perth, Western Australia that provides in-home and community support for people who are frail or have a disability. Founded in 1990, we currently employ dozens of staff members and volunteers, and have 150-180 people in our care. We are committed to the values of compassion and dignity and, as such, strive to provide the highest level of service that is respectful of individual needs, engaging, and promotes community involvement. None of this would be possible without the hard work and dedication of our staff, which is why we provide continuous learning and development opportunities, invest in outreach programmes, and create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
